Rockford Fire Members – Neonatal Resuscitation Program (NRP) Advanced Class

This NRP Advanced course is designed specifically for Rockford Fire Members. If you’re not a Rockford Fire Member, please see our healthcare provider and general classes under “Upcoming Classes”.

NRP Advanced may be appropriate for those who attend births and are responsible for anticipated resuscitation of the newborn with known risk factors and for those who participate in neonatal resuscitation beyond positive-pressure ventilation (PPV).

NOTE: NRP ADVANCED IS A TWO-PART COURSE.

Part 1 consists of an online e-learning course and exam that requires a separate registration and fee. Part 2 consists of the in-person instructor led class found here. Successful completion of both will result in attaining NRP Advanced Provider Status.

Once you register for this class, you will be sent an email confirmation with instructions for the class and for accessing Part 1.
